Due to the expected changes in riding habits from December 24, 2022, through January 1, 2023, SEPTA is advising customers to check SEPTA.org for service modifications.
Below are some specific schedule notifications:
Christmas Eve Service, December 24
On Saturday, December 24 SEPTA will operate on a regular Saturday schedule on all modes.
Christmas Day Service, December 25
Bus Routes 204, 310, 311 and LUCY will not operate.
Regional Rail riders should check https://www5.septa.org/bulletins/septa-holiday-service-schedule/ for specific changes to various Lines.
December 26-30
City Bus routes will operate on a weekday alternate schedule and Suburban Bus routes will run on a regular weekday schedule.
December 26
Regional Rail Lines will operate on a regular Sunday schedule.
News Year’s Eve, December 31
Bus routes will operate on a Saturday schedule. Regional Rail will operate on a Saturday Schedule with late-night extra trains for post-fireworks travel.
New Year’s Day, January 1, 2023
Special holiday service on Market-Frankford and Broad Street Lines will be available with Owl Bus service beginning at 12 a.m. Bus Routes 204, 310, 311 and LUCY will not operate. Buses and trolleys will operate on a Sunday schedule. Also, customers should check System Status for bus detour information due to the Mummer’s Parade.
Monday, January 2, 2023
All modes will operate on a Sunday schedule in observance of the New Year’s Day holiday.
