The Ceiba – Latino Equitable Development Collective (Ceiba -LEDC) launched its website this week:
https://www.ledcphiladelphia.com
The platform aims to share information about the collective impact activities of 10 Latino nonprofits in Eastern North Philadelphia and to invite further collaboration from stakeholders.
“The website is a central place to learn about upcoming events, workshops, and activities organized by the collective. It also offers the public information on ways to connect with the social services, trainings, and resources offered by the partners,” said Julian Rios, Bilingual
Collective Impact Coordinator for the Ceiba – LEDC.
The Ceiba – LEDC leverages the strengths and assets of:
● Asociación de Puertorriqueños en Marcha (APM)
● Concilio
● Congreso
● Community First Fund
● Esperanza
● Greater Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GPHCC)
● Hispanic Association of Contractors and Enterprises (HACE)
● Providence Center
● Taller Puertorriqueño
● Xiente (Formerly Norris Square Community Alliance)
“Through the collective, we seek to amplify our impact on the community we serve. The website will help us advocate as one voice, enhance our activities to stabilize community control of neighborhood assets and recognize the strength of our people as we harness it for positive
change,” said Will Gonzalez, Executive Director of Ceiba.
