McCormick Has Sued to Throw Out Undated Mail Ballots — Which He Previously Argued Would Violate the Pennsylvania State Constitution
During His Recount in 2022, McCormick Sued to Count Those Same Ballots
PENNSYLVANIA – Bob Casey for Senate released the following statement in light of David McCormick’s litigation to throw out undated mail ballots — a stark reversal of his position during his recount in 2022.
Statement from Tiernan Donohue, campaign manager for Bob Casey for Senate:
“David McCormick’s hypocritical reversal on undated mail ballots is further proof of his determination to disenfranchise Pennsylvania voters while counties continue to count votes in this razor-thin election. Senator Casey’s priority continues to be making sure Pennsylvanians’ voices are heard as our democratic process unfolds.”
