On December 20th, the Elementary Grades hosted a holiday fair with delicious wintry goodies and festive events. Students pinned the nose on Rudolph with a bright red sticker, wrote letters to Santa for their dream presents, and had a chance to sit on Santa’s lap for a photo. Mrs. Clause and a special elf assistant even accompanied Santa! The event was the perfect way to celebrate the season together before a two-week break for the holidays.
Every year, the Middle School goes all out for their holiday door-decorating contest. Students and staff pulled together to mastermind the most creative and show-stopping door. Take a look through some of these artistic designs!
On December 21st, the High School Arts Department put together a dynamic show for students and staff. Their Winter Showcase had a variety of performances, from drama and film to the choir and dance ensembles. Students laughed along at the funny skits, applauded for the creative films, and cheered for the singing and dance talent. Mr. Gottfried, putting the cherry on top of the showcase with his wit and charm, hosted the event.
The academy is grateful to have been able to fully celebrate the holidays together before a restful winter recess. Now it is time for full steam ahead as the students press forward into new opportunities in 2023.
